Ashley Eng

Ashley serves as the Communications Associate at Impact for Equity. Ashley plays a pivotal role in communicating our program teams’ achievements, policies, and publications to the public, while also creating strategies to engage new audiences and bring awareness to the organization.

Before joining Impact for Equity, Ashley worked in the private sector, specifically supporting economic development and the small business community. She brings additional skills in social media marketing, community engagement, project and event management.

Ashley received her BBA in International Business and Management with minors in Entrepreneurship and Asian American Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
